Our 30 Days Easy Return & Refund Policy is your safety net. If you’re not 100% satisfied with the product you received, you can easily initiate the return or exchange process for your order within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Please ensure the product is returned in original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear or damage. Our return inspection team will evaluate the product before authorizing a refund or exchange.

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for custom orders. You must understand that your custom order is specially made to your exact specifications, from the style to the material and accessories. We cannot accept any returns or refunds as we are not likely to sell your custom-made item to anyone else.

Our products undergo keen inspection before shipping. Damaged during shipping? No worries! We’ll replace it. Update us with images attached within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll sort it out for you.

Note: We cannot process damage claims reported after the given timeframe.

Please do not send your return parcel without informing us beforehand.

Refunds are not applicable after an exchange has been processed. Please note that any exchange fees incurred during the process are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account. Contact your credit card company as it may take time for the refund to be posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve completed these steps and haven’t received your refund, email us at info@sheepskinjacket.co.uk.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Please note that for any returns or exchanges, we charge a restocking fee and other applicable taxes.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I DO NOT LIVE NEAR A (sheepskinjacket.co.uk)?
If you do not live near an (sheepskinjacket.co.uk) location, the items you purchased can be returned through the mail. We recommend using the USPS or UPS to send your products back to the store by following the steps. below:
Include a copy of the original receipt. Note: If you do not have a receipt, an (sheepskinjacket.co.uk) gift card will be issued and mailed upon the return.
Add a note explaining your request for an exchange (color, size, etc.) or return
Include your contact information, including phone and email, just in case the store needs to contact you

The product(s) can be shipped back in a box to the original store of purchase. For the store’s shipping address, please email us at info@sheepskinjacket.co.uk.

Exchanges
Our exchange policy lasts for 30 days after placing the order. Jackets sent after 30 days or sent to wrong addresses are not applicable for a refund. We only replace jackets that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at info@sheepskinjacket.co.uk.

Shipping returns
To return your jacket, mail it to the provided return address. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged jacket to reach you may vary. For more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email to confirm the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
